It’s been a while since I last did one of my wishlist posts, not due to lack of items to lust over, but because I wanted my next one to be about an accessory or item that I had instantly fallen head over heels in love with. Enter the Michael Kors Large Selma Top-Zip Satchel!

My bag collection isn’t very extensive, I tend to prefer quality over quantity, and somehow each bag seems connected to a great moment in my life, so they all have an emotional connotation as well. Adding a new bag to that collection always feels like an important moment, so the bag has to be worth it. And then I laid eyes on this beauty: Textured saffiano leather (a cross-hatched leather that is highly stain and scratch-resistant) and sleek gold-tone hardware, two top handles but also a detachable cross-body strap. The inside is lined and large enough to easily contain all the essentials such as a wallet, a little make up bag, an agenda and even a water bottle and an iPad, which would make it the perfect bag for work and/or travelling. 4 additional pouches on the inside are perfect to hold your keys and phone! Now, all I’ve got to do is choose what colour to go for? That beautiful navy that goes with everything? Or that striking red that will make it stand out from all the rest?
