Spring is hopefully around the corner, and with that, the presentations of all the new Spring collections pop up everywhere. Now I’m normally not one to be lured in by each and every special collection, but this Spring’s offering from Clarins is just too pretty to resist.

As always, Clarins have it covered with a focus on a fresh beauty look, with the Clarins Opalescence Collection offering a radiant reflection and soft, shimmering touches of colour thanks to feminine corals, tulips and pinks. Consisiting of a number of limited edtion and permanent collection pieces, this collection encapsulates the soft, luminous Spring light with a radiance enhancing products and beautiful mother-of-pearl packaging.

Star product of each Clarins collection is always the flawless face powder, designed to boost the complexion and add a touch of colour and radiance to the skin. The Poudre teint & blush contains three shades that will boost your complexion and provide a soft rosy flush to the cheeks. This one has my name written all over it! 

A new addition to the Clarins line are these new cream blushers, the Multi-Blush Cream blushes. These beauties are a permanent addition to the Clarins line-up, and are available in 4 colours (Rosewood, Candy, Peach and Grenadine). Not only are these the perfect antidote to sallow skin, ingredients such as rosewater, mimosa, jojoba and sunflower will prevent the skin from dehydration.  

The collection also houses two eyeshadows and a gorgeous quad, the illustrious Ombre Minerale 12 Vibrant Light, and the Ombre Minerale 17 Smokey plum & 04 Golden Rose. The smoky plum will be a permanent addition to the Mineral Eyeshadows range, and is a ravishing shimmery slate / eggplant / deep taupe shade that has a soft purple undertone. Amp it up or dress it down as you wish, this one gives you endless possibilities! Same goes for that beautiful quad, with the soft grey, satiny purple, pretty pink and sparkly champagne!

Lip lovers are in for a treat as well, with the Gloss Prodige lipglosses in two Spring-appropriate shades, Coral Tulip and Crystal, and the Joli Rouge Brilliant Perfect Shine Sheer Lipstick in Tropical Pink, Coral Tulip and Pink Orchid. Both the glosses and the lipsticks contain raspberry oil to intensely nourish the lips, and where the lipgloss packs a punch when it comes to colour and shine, the lipsticks combine a vibrant colour with a sheer finish, giving you best of both worlds.
